FAQ's

Not necessarily. While most visas are approved in 24 hours, some applications undergo routine security checks that can take up to 3-4 business days. Please check your email spam folder for notifications.

Strictly No. The eVisa is valid for Tourism and Umrah only. Performing Hajj requires a specific Hajj Visa and permit. Attempting to perform Hajj on a tourist visa is illegal and carries heavy penalties.

If the visa has not been issued yet, contact us immediately via Live Chat. If the visa has already been issued, the Saudi government does not allow corrections. You must apply and pay for a new visa.
