Terms & Conditions of Service
We know that reading through legal terms and conditions is probably the last thing you want to do while planning your pilgrimage or vacation to Saudi Arabia. Most travelers would much rather focus on booking their hotels in Mecca or planning their tour of Riyadh.
However, having a clear and transparent agreement is the best way to ensure your application process is smooth, secure, and free of surprises. These terms exist to protect you as a customer, clarify exactly what our professional service covers, and define our commitment to handling your travel documents with care.
Below, we have outlined the specific agreement regarding our role as a private processing agency, our refund policies in the event of a government rejection, and the responsibilities you hold regarding the accuracy of your passport data.
By accessing this website and submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
